Sally L. Wrobel Obituary

STRUTHERS, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – An hour of calling will be held from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., followed immediately by a memorial celebration of life at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Sam Luptak, Jr. for Sally L. Wrobel, 73, who passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.

Sally was born on September 13, 1945 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Alex and Camilla (Tanner) Wrobel.  

Her family then moved to Struthers, where she graduated from in 1964.

She was a beautician for nine years and also worked as the x-ray billing clerk at Northside Hospital for 40 years until she retired. She then worked as a tour host for Gad-About Tours out of Columbiana

Sally loved cooking, finding new recipes in cookbooks and traveling.

She will be dearly missed by her best friend and companion, Barbara A. Johnson; as well as, many other friends.  

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She has chosen to give the gift of life by donating her tissue and eyes to the Ohio LifeBanc.
