Pinwheels of smoked salmon and herb cream cheese spread on tortillas are a popular appetizer. This keto version omits the tortillas but still has all the rich, delicious flavor. Add a sprinkle of chopped fresh dill if you like.

- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In medium bowl, stir together goat cheese, butter, smoked salmon, lemon juice, and pepper until very well blended.
- With tablespoon, scoop salmon mixture onto baking sheet in 12 even mounds.
- Place baking sheet in refrigerator until fat bombs are firm, 2 to 3 hrs.
- Store in a sealed container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
