- In a medium saucepan on low, heat heavy cream until bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat; add white chocolate and whisk to melt. Whisk in cream cheese and lime zest until smooth, then margarita. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until well mixed, then chill until firm, 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into tablespoon-size balls; transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, 40 minutes.
- Dip in melted milk chocolate, tapping off excess. Sprinkle with flaked salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
