Bacon-Cheese Deviled Eggs Recipe – Keto Deviled Eggs

A simple favorite is made extra special with bacon and tasty Swiss cheese. Eggs are a wonderful addition to the keto diet because they provide both fat and protein (about 63% and 35%, respectively in one large egg). Deviled eggs can be eaten as a quick snack or taken to a get-together on a pretty platter for every one enjoy.

large eggs, hardboiled and peeled 

1/4
c.

creamy mayonnaise 

1/4
c.

Swiss cheese, finely shredded

Freshly ground black pepper

slices of bacon, cooked and chopped 

  1. Halve eggs lengthwise.
  2. Carefully remove yolks and place in medium bowl. Place whites. hollow sides up, on plate.
  3. With fork, mask yolks. Then add mayonnaise, avocado, cheese and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed. Season yolk mixture with black pepper.
  4. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white hallows and top each egg half with chopped bacon.
  5. Store eggs in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 day.
