A simple favorite is made extra special with bacon and tasty Swiss cheese. Eggs are a wonderful addition to the keto diet because they provide both fat and protein (about 63% and 35%, respectively in one large egg). large eggs, hardboiled and peeled

Freshly ground black pepper

slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- Halve eggs lengthwise.
- Carefully remove yolks and place in medium bowl. Place whites. hollow sides up, on plate.
- With fork, mask yolks. Then add mayonnaise, avocado, cheese and Dijon mustard. Stir until well mixed. Season yolk mixture with black pepper.
- Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white hallows and top each egg half with chopped bacon.
- Store eggs in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 day.
